Terms and Conditions

All agreements and Contracts are subject to the law of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions can over-ride your statutory rights under Consumer and Trading Legislation.

1. Prices

All Items – whether individual products or bundles - are shown with the complete price including UK VAT and UK Home Delivery. The VAT and Delivery Charge breakdown may also be shown.

VAT will not be charged if the delivery address is outside the EU.  Also, VAT will not be charged if the delivery address is inside the EU but outside the UK, provided you have supplied us with a valid VAT Number registered in an EU country other than the UK. This will be shown at Checkout.

Delivery charges for multiple items will generally consist of the Delivery Charge for the largest/heaviest item in your order only. This will be shown at Checkout.

Other Delivery options may be available, and different charges will apply if your Delivery address is outside mainland UK. This will be shown at Checkout.

2. Delivery

We will make every to deliver your order to you within the timescale for the delivery option you have chosen.

If we are unable to achieve this, we reserve the right to deliver your order within 31 days from the date of the order.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 31days of the date of the order:

1. We shall inform you by e-mail
2. You will have the right to cancel the order at no cost –  see 4.1 (Cancelling an Order by You).

3. Faulty Goods

All goods are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Faulty Goods must be returned to us for inspection/checking. Provided they are found to be faulty you will have the choice or receiving a Refund, or a Replacement or an Alternate Unit.

3.1 Refund

You receive a refund of the purchase price of the original item exclusive of Delivery Charge. The refund will be a repayment to the account originally used to pay for the order, and will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days; or at your request we may pay the refund to some other account, or provide the refund as a credit which you can use to purchase alternate items from us without delay.

3.2 Replacement

You receive an identical or extremely similar unit (the manufacturer may have upgraded the product spec in the intervening period) to replace the faulty unit. We reserve the right to charge for delivery of the replacement unit; but not without first informing you and receiving your consent.

3.2 Alternate

You receive a different replacement unit. Under this option we would charge the difference between the (estimated) current price of the original unit and the price of the alternate unit plus the normal Delivery Charge. We will first inform you and receive your consent for these charges.

4. Cancelling an Order

 4.1. by You

 You can cancel an order at any time from the date you placed the order upto 14 days after the day  the order was delivered. You do not need to give any reason, nor will you have to pay any penalty.

You can cancel some items in an order and keep others.

However, you cannot cancel audio or video recordings or computer software if you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us in the condition in which you received them unless we delivered an item to you in error.

We will need to know the Items that you are Cancelling, and the original Order Number. This information is called the Notice of Cancellation. - an e-mail or a note with the cancelled items is sufficient.

When we receive the Cancelled Items (in the condition in which you received them) plus the Notice of Cancellation, we will either refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the items you have cancelled as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days, or at your request we will provide the refund as a credit which you can use to purchase alternate items from us without delay.

4.2. By Us

We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order at any time prior to delivery if:

1. We are unable to supply all or part of it for any reason.
2. The price of  a cancelled item was incorrect at Checkout.

We have no specific Export Restrictions, but reserve the right to cancel orders to regions where we cannot deliver. See 4.2 – Cancelling and Order by Us.
